Cruel dog and monkey racing is taking place right now in Margate, Florida thru Dec 5th. The toothless monkeys bite, hit, pinch dogs and force them to run around a track with saddles on their back. This is occurring at The Broward County Fair in the City of Margate, Florida Government.
